Frequently Asked Questions
1. I am an approved client but cannot download.If you have recently been approved via email you need to log out then log back in for the approval to take effect or re-fresh your browser.
2. When I click the play button on a song, nothing happens.
Be aware that it may take a second or two for the player to play some songs because of potential server issues, or Internet communication problems.
Note:If you click the play button several times you are actually starting and stopping the song from playing. If the song name is in the flash player, the song is playing.
3. My Search queries are not getting the desired results.
Make sure you hit clear after each search, as you may have an unwanted drop down menu open.
4. I am using multiple drop-down menus and my search is not bringing me any results.
You may be using too many drop-downs in one search. Try broadening your search and selecting key words from the descriptions in songs that interest you to achieve your desired results.
5. I am only getting part of the song when I download.
Make sure your Internet connection is steady and does not dropout. Wi-Fi signals can lose signal strength, which can cause a download to quit.
